In order to maintain a safe environment for everyone, all Club members must be:

	Well socialized with all dogs and people and showing no signs of aggression.
	Up to date on the following vaccinations*: Bordetella (within the last 6 months)     Rabies     DHPP *Proof of vaccinations must be brought in on the day of your evaluation.
	Spayed/neutered by the age of 1 year old.
	In relatively good health.
	Wearing a snap-on collar with a name tag. (If your dog is not wearing the appropriate collar, a collar must be purchased from Club Fido.)

Evaluation Process: Evaluation/Tour hours are 11am to 3pm Daily. No appointment is necessary.

On the day of evaluation, we will introduce your dog to a few of the other dogs to observe his social skills and ensure there are no signs of aggression. Your dog will also be introduced to some of our staff members to observe his social skills with humans as well. Once the evaluation is complete and all eligibility requirements are met, your dog will be all set to have some fun. Welcome to the Club!
